the subjects i feel should differ with each pair of contestants. keep a variety ya know? at the end of every week there should be a raking of the top three poems and the top three worst poems and just shit related to that!
oh yea, and topics should get more complex,just to see who really has the writting skills and shit you know?

Actually sounds good. I was going to do something like this before this place crashed. But didn't think people would react to it well. So yeah, you got the go ahead.
Just lay out the basic structure in a seperate thread in both the poetic scriptures board, and the tourney one. And i'll sticky it for you. I guess i'll have to contact a 'super mod' to make you a mod of the poetry tourney.
And if you need another person to run it with out(which i think you will, as you could be absent for some reason, and he could take the brunt of it...or stuff like that..)...anyway, i reccomed Phrantik....
And then get a sign up (obviously, for people to sign up for the tournament) thread posted in the POetic Scriptures board, and i'll sticky it. Give it a two week deadline to sign up? I dunno, you decide, but 2 weeks minimum, as enough people aint on the board yet.
