Obesity is a lifestyle disease... Its not contagious, its not sudden, its curable, it happens over a long period of time. Its called a brain. I think America really should look into using at least one.

Stop eating bullshit food, go for a freakin' walk. Play sport, stay away from the McDonalds every night, dont spoil your kids by giving them what they want, help them by teaching them what food will make them healthy.
There is no such thing as the obesity epidemic. The problem America has is the laziness epidemic.
