Ya, people are like 'I'll go work out tomorrow' when they know they won't. If you go for a week, you will get addicted. I know, I am obese and I hate it. I am doing what I can to change who I am, and so far it is working. I feel much better and healthier and if I don't work out, run, do something physically straining I don't feel right.

Whenever I start a family, as soon as they can walk, we are gonna do family walks, then those will become family runs, and then my kids are gonna work out with me. We will be healthy because I refuse to let them live the life I did.
