there's a soundcard setting to fix that...im not sure what it is though cus my audigy soundcard comes w/ a different control panel

to #2:

you have a wack soundcard that doesn't process incoming sound as quickly as it should. invest in a new one


for the 1, shit. how can I sent soundcard setting? anyone?
