^^mostly because it's expensive as hell and one of the more costly places to live in NYC. not to mention the village got a rep for being the home of NY trannies lol..

I'm not saying living there is a bad idea, i'm saying living there just for school purposes is a bad idea, you'd waste a lot more money than you'd need to. live in jersey and commute liek everybody else.
