like strobe said you'll almost die for certian
and if u catch it in its early stages
then it can possibly come back
and that its painful as hell too
and hiv u go through without symtoms
and u live longer

but atleast if u have cancer u can fuck as much as u want be4 u die
hiv you'll end up spreading it

but yea both is really bad
