well then the only shyt ive messed with is creatine, but that was back when I was 16-17. I dont lift weights no more, no need to. Niggas yap, I get em stomped. I dont need to fight fools no more.
As far as just bein fit & lookin good. I run pushups 150 when i wake up, 2pm, and before i go to sleep. It keeps me right.
But to answer your question & not impose the "im hood i kick niggas ass" theory, Creatine is my choice.
what other ones are there that actually work, and are safe?
