If you really hated someone, then I doubt you would.

But if you said it because you were mad, and they did it, and you realize in that you really didn't hate them. Then you would feel like shit.

Me on the otherhand, I'm really to nice for my own good. I've never really been mad at many people. So I've never told someone that.
