Kempo has no rules on it so yeah outsiders can vote.. which is actually kinda shady cuz if someone wanted to they could get their friends not in the league and come into vote, but its not been a problem so far so I guess Kempo's got it working the way it is.

But yea I know, you prefer self-gloryish and "i'm better than you" type lines.. thats ur style.. and my style doesn't really appeal to you in that case.
