Bullshit...I been a vegetarian(No fish neither) since birth.And I ain't no tiny peace loving dweed.
And there are tons and tons of bodybuilders who are vegetarians.So your dead wrong about having to eat meat in order to build body mass.
Meat isn't even the best source of protein out there.It's soy.
You can get more protein out of tofu than you would from chicken or beef.And tofu is low fat and is to known to reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
