Personally, I think that although you may have experienced monetary gain after tithing some will experience loss.

The point of tithing is not to be blessed with more worldly things, but to gain spiritual wealth. So in my opinion (just one, so dont be bothered by it), you shouldn't be saying tithing your income is the best savings and investment plan, and that doing it will make you blessed. If people are tithing for that, I don't believe they will get any blessings, even if they do get wealthier.
