ye there's definitely famous people who actually use myspace for promotion...for a start i got this models myspace who's called Keeley she's on practically every magazine goin out there...also UK rappers like Sway, Akala, Baby Blue, The Streets, and heads like Immortal Technique, Game etc.
Hell even Jessica Alba has a myspace...but best way i reckon to tell if the one you have is real, is to goto their official website and see if they've put a myspace link or address there...that way you know you got the real deal
