Love stems from compassion, and compassion stems from understanding. You need to understand that your enemies, or the "enemies of humanity" are people just like yourself. Maybe the way they were born, or things they were exposed to growing up affected them, and they have no control over these things. They're people struggling to escape suffering, just like you, they're lost, just like you.

So instead of looking at all the bad things they do, and saying "Whoa, those guys are evil" or "Those guys are dickheads," you have to see that it really isn't their fault they are like that. You are no saint either, and you have no right to judge these people. Also, them acting that way will only bring them more suffering, but you can only see that if your mind isnt clouded.

For example, say there is a "bad" guy who deals crack, has killed people, lives a life of crime and makes a hell of a lot of money, gets lots of respect from others, and gets a lot of women because hes rich. You might look at that guy and go how does he have it so good if hes a criminal? Actually, hes trapped in a spiral of suffering, his life is probably miserable.

Anyway, I've gone off on a tangent. But my point is love everyone.
