And word, I get what you're saying, I just don't think the government spread cocaine into the hood to try and kill off all the black people. I don't buy it in the least. And Prah'Ject just made it worse by saying the only people who know the truth are the people who are actually in the hood. Am I the only one who reads that and sees major flaws? Could it have been possible, sure. Possibilities are everywhere, though.

word up man.
and yeah i know exactly what you're saying, i don't think the gov (its never really the gov, it's always an agency) put cocaine in the hood, but crack on the other hand i do. aside from the chemical composition, it's not a drug like freebase or somethin man. not the type of thing someoen would just happen to bump int.
you know, the coast guard can find a cuban kid floating in a tire, but they can't find a boat full of cocaine in the exact same waters.
same for guns. most of the guns on the streets come from cops who re-sell siezed guns on the blakc market. i should know, that's exactly how i got my eagle, and the magnum i had before that.
and prah's saying that as in, someone who lives in that environment and therefore has a better understanding of the dynamic of it can see what would happen and what wouldn't there, a lot more vividly than an outside analyser unable to see the invisible walls and unspoken rules.
