beat's kinda dre-ish. like mostly dre-like with some underground elements in there liek that vocal piece.
first verse, could use some EQing, specially in your mids. flow's ok, nothing wrong with it, just doesn't jump out at me. same can be said for the lyrics. they'd matter more if they had more body in the mids. some creative lines in there, obviously not a tard who picked up a mic, an emcee with a brain.

second verse, a hook woulda been nice instead of a leap-in transition but the track's cool. my feedback for thos one's pretty much identical to the feed or the first so i'll save us both the trouble. you guys make a good team, obviously got a good chemistry on the mic.

cool mixtape track. some better mixing and a hook would have made it more of an album track
