not really i know alotta people that been held back
a few of my cousins been held back and one of them is an immature retard
but the other 2 i know are completely normal and have no problems
and i been in 5th grade when i was 12 but only cuz i started school late
i didnt really get held back i just didnt start school when everybody else did
so dont be quick ta think people are retarded just cuz of that
but they aint past 6th grade unless they REALLY smart
