Hardly. I have never met a single person who got a bad grade because of their conduct in class. You wanna talk about respect? If someone's not gonna respect me, then they're not getting any
from me. I graduated high school easily, from a school with horrible faculty morale. Over those 4 years I spent at least 2 full months of school days being suspended, did my work, and nothing negative happened to me. And I was in "smart" classes, which still had plenty of asshole students, who still stayed on point and graduated.
Now in school your conduct can't stop you from succeeding (with the exception of the obvious - shit that will get you expelled) as long as you get your shit done. Now when I entered the working world, that was different. Because no matter how much work you do, if you fuck around too much you'll get fired and lose your income flow. However, you don't need to graduate high school to know that.
