There should be a chinese herbal store around somewhere where a lot of asians live. Or at least an asian supermarket.

You don't need the actual stuff either, you can just smoke the ginseng tea, which will probably be easier to find. And don't be put off by how it looks, since ginseng is a root and not a leaf, it doesnt look green. The tea I have is condensed essence of the root made so it dissolves in boiling water, and it goes down nicely when you smoke it.

I havent tried smoking it with no weed though.
