answering that question is going to run off into a discussion that hovers around dna modification, gene isolation, and cloning. the us gov has been collecting (sometimes by force) DNA of writers, scholars and athletes since the 1940's and harvesting their genetic data, the same way they've been harvesting information about... you. the same way every post on this board and any board, every email you've ever sent, every IM, PM, every text message, and every phone call you've ever made has been recorded and reviewed in vast information centers. in 2006 when george bush got caught redhanded in his illegal wiretap scandal with the then chief CIA director micheal chertof as his facilitator, that was barely a snowflake on the tip of the information harvesting iceburg. and of course the 4th branch of government (the media) pulled a typical distraction play out of their play-book and suppressed that message virtually overnight by dilluting everyones reccollection with routine coverage of an ilusionary "heatwave" we didn't have.
