I'd love for you to create a universal translator/intelligence indictaor so I can understand the vibrations and energy patterns of a dust mote's revolving electrons and the inner workings of the tortoise's mind, since you're so sure that neither are capable of intelligent thought simply because you cannot understand it. If you gave a human child the same experiences as a dust mote or a tortoise, it would be just as intelligent. Just with opposable thumbs, and perhaps much less adapted to the places the turtle and dust mote go.
