Precisely.

Feeble has the capabilities of dropping AMAZING but at the moment he's either running dry of good concepts (which happens) or isn't really putting any effort into it. If all of RVs best heads signed into LBL then it would be one of the best legaues on the net, yet sadly many of them don't battle anymore.
