LL dropped a book on fitnes its called LL' Cool J's Platinum workout

My friend broke it down for me, its broke down into four phases,
the bronze body
the gold body
the platinum body
the diamond body

• a 4-week beginner's program that takes inches off the waist and boosts energy

• a 5-week program for intermediates that increases strength while maintaining muscular and cardiovascular endurance

Hes got routines for each, supplements, and meal plans, im thinking of getting it. I dont need the motivation, just know what to do.

If you dont know what LL's body looks like, you needa wake up. Hes like 30 somethin at that.
