Blah arguments over if "hip hop is really dead" are so useless ....This is an opinion based on how old you are and what you consider hip hop is...if you grew up listening to hip hop after Big and Tupac died you have no voice in this argument. If you can't name 3 songs off Midnight marauders or low End theory, don't know who Boot Camp Clik is, remember when Biz markie was a rapper, name Common Sense's first album, remember the first major diss song that was really personal on wax as "No Vaseline" (Ice cube directed at NWA), not "The Takeover" or can't name me what Wu Tang video that Ghostface rapped in and still had his face covered you can not have this argument. You were not in hip hop when it was raw uncut hip hop. You have no reference point in this argument...Don't get me wrong i know some kids these days who listen to some of that stuff or grew up on it, but honestly, most don't
