Before the gay jokes, don't even bother, they've been played since the first time this happened. Any attempt at a "funny" will be ignored.
I was walking today, this is the second time this happened, maybe third, and I can barely walk. My back basically 'gives out on me' if I don't stretch as soon as I stand up. Now this has happened before I started working out. Now I need it to be better, by tomorrow, because I DO NOT want to stop my routine from working out. Anybody know if maybe I should be laying down, or what. Nobody can give me a straight fucking answer.
