high insurance costs? lots of visual mods? new engine/trans and still a remarkably low asking price?

sounds like a salvage title to me.

i don't know what state you live in but ask to see the title and instepct it for a red S listed on it. all signs point to salvage cuz that car with bone stock is worth seven g's. so how is it the same price with thousands of insurance dollars put into it?
