Colors:

Style: ( grimey, clean, grunge type, if you seen other sites and would like something similar to that, link me, that would help a lot)

Sections: (like web site sections Home* Contact* etc. I'll need all the sections before I code the layout, and what exactly do you want in those sections, the content etc.)

Fonts: (all the font on the web site not the type, but the actuall font you want reading on the layout it's self)

and anything else you want to add, the more depth you go in with details, more quick your design will be made and it will be more to your liking in the end run
