To me, each section is broken down nah mean...Lyrics has like 3 subsections, even more. Flow too...etc. you won't b able 2 tell who'se the single, or the best two rappers period. They might b the best in a certain category in rap...
But weezy and Jeezy aren't best in any category for me...the nigga with the most all roundness, could b cats like Joe Budden...but he falls in some categories..that's why theres a million reasons why you could say any1 is the best when he the best in a CERTAIN part of rap.
Zone said JR and Buddens...JR is tight lyrically and flow wise...howeverr his hooks ren't catchy enough, and the other categories he falls in the middle he's not the best at enoyment for example...
Buddens, he could be all round..def one of the gr8est..and I had the pleasure of meeting and a quick free with him...
So my take on it is that you can't rlly decide an all round best ya figgadig...but weezy and jeezy don't fall top in any of those categories...

Fucking word.
I can say Brother Ali is the most poetically/lyrically dope rapper I've ever heard in my life, but I'd be extremely hesitant to call him the best rapper ever. I have trouble coming up with a top 10 list, fuck trying to narrow it down to one, some rappers aren't even comparable to others. Like, how the fuck do you compare Jay-Z and Murs?
You can't. *shrugs*
