i'd say 2 years this summer, thanks to cats like Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra. Tony Robins covers some of it from time to time as well. I've been in and out as far as the trend of thought goes but recently im getting back in and its definitely paying off. when i let the negativity out of my mind it seems to happen more and more frequently, things i dream about i see in physical life, thoughts i have will happen, etc.

this power is inside everyone, just not everybody is aware that they can tap into it.
