Area, took this by a landslide. Civ. had no good punches in my eyes, just varying attempts that fell flat. Area had a couple of nice lines on the other hand, but he needs to stay off the played tip (and make his punches hit a lot harder) such as:

faggot you suck.. I'm sendin punches at your dome ho
you dont have sharp lines.. 'n not cuz of the blurryness of the photo

The rest of his verse was pretty consistant, but could still use improvement. Keep at it both of you, but my vote definately goes to Area.
