^Lot's of misconceptions there bro.

#1...Fat does not turn into muscle.

Now, fat can burn off and be replaced with muscle. However, you still have to build the muscle through lifting.

Also, if you wanna gain weight, fat is a quick and easy way to do it. But, why in all's name would you wanna pack on fat around ur belly and thighs/etc? That's unappealing. A better alternative is to compromise. You can gain a combination of a lil fat and muscle if you don't wanna put in the work/effort to gain pure muscle. Otherwise, eating junk and carbs does nothing except expand your waist line. You need to take in tons of clean calories and protein.


You can put on 10 lbs of muscle in a couple months if you focus.
