okay my parents house which i just moved out of....is pg county in laurel 15 min from dc and 15 min from baltimore.....3 level, 4 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath, they just got it appraised and refinanced at 725,000......dad works for the govt...rich fucker.....
my house i just got....salisbury md, eastern shore md...(20 min from the beach)
1 level, 2 baths, 4 bedrooms....pretty big....i got it for 180,000....dropped 90 thou down, and am currently renting out a room for 400 a month....
i only live 2 hours from my parents.....shows how expensive city and suburb living is....
