Because if God were to keep every single person from dieing and suffering, the world would over populate and there'd be no room for anyone to live. Then you can argue "well why doesn’t he keep everyone alive and not suffering and then make the world larger?" Cuz if he did that then wtf is the point of heaven? Heaven is the paradise we go to for all of eternity and the space is unlimited right? Ok, but then if Christians say God loves and forgives all of his children why is it that the Christian religion states only Christians who accept Jesus into their heart will go to heaven? As if it's someone’s fault for being born Muslim and raised to believe differently. If you going to give freewill don't send people to hell for turning out evil just cuz society made them like that. There's unlimited space in heaven right? The whole concept of the bible is just stupid as fuck, I’m sorry, but it is. That's why I hate you ignorant fucking retards believing in RELIGION. You can believe in god, but not in religion. All religion does is try to give a personality to God, who's to say what god is? I believe in God but I don't believe in the fucking image man gave him. You need to stop assuming that there's either a loving caring god, or there's no god at all and that's it.
