High Society. Low Originality.

Whisper the phrasing as we wither from aging
Picture amazing; society’s blood in a painting
Well, it sure is crazy how we can’t see wrong
Moving back while technology’s advancing on
A fantasy dawn yet no window of opportunity
While the venomous words meet our immunity
Scar communities; we blame all but ourselves
Pages of memories seem to fall from the shelf
We call out for help, nobody answers us then
Our lives are worthless around disastrous men

Majestic the soul
we’re never eager to boast,
Impressions compose
the weather we fear the most

From mask to toe…we always clash with foes
We hate being so different, so we will conform
To these trials and actions that people perform
Never making our lives any less plastic though
We traffic clothes, the threads make us false
As we pretend to fit the norm that we create
Horribly weighed; all decisions that we’ve made
Incisions cut then lay to rest; we wake up dolls
The make up is not ours; we take hits of botox
A gentle spirit…with the fakeness mix of robots

We’re not real
since we follow majority,
Still, life feels
as if they know more than me

Since we are blinded, we always find it neat
That we are destined to unite with peace
Find in me, the reason I change my lifestyle
Just so I can fit in with a crowd for a while
Bow with a smile; all the world’s a stage
I’m been booked; society writes every page

You can work for the poor
yet you’re hungry for fame
We want to change more
but we’re all just the same
