Swaying is saying anything after the bars have been dropped to urge voters to vote for you. This can come in the form of self-hyping your own bar or trashing the other bar. Quite simply, swaying will NOT be tolerated. Swaying = Instant DQ. And we are serious about this. If you believe that voters do not understand your punch, explaining your punch is fine, as long as you do nothing but simply explain the meaning of your punch. Any other posts after the punches have been dropped are completely unnecessary.
