A teenager is facing charges for allegedly possessing homemade explosives. Bridgewater Police say they were tipped off that a student might have been planning on bringing a bomb to Parkview yesterday (April 25th). School officials were told and a number of agencies started investigating.
A 17 year old was arrested after police say he was found with a number of explosive devices.
But they say there’s no evidence that he had taken them to school to harm anyone or to cause any damage. A court date is set for June 20th where he’ll be facing charges of possessing explosives and trafficking in a device. No public warning was given about the rumour or the alleged threat.
