I don't really know where the lawyer expects to get with a race argument... Obviously other black people would have attended his restaurant, all "Ruby" or whatever the name was needs to do is prove that somehow.

Not to mention that he had his picture taken with OJ before all the murder stuff (why would a racist get their picture taken with a black person?) and after that he took it down. It is obvious he refused to serve him for reasons that weren't racist.
