Some things get more serious when certain things happen, the police want to please the outraged public.
Right now, because of all the terrorism and V. Tech shit, stuff like school kid's journals or lyrics are getting cracked down on to make people feel safer. You can guarantee that if there was a threatening rap track that was followed by a murder and the story made it into the mainstream media, everyone with threatening lyrics would be hassled about it.
