Man, just because the cops can't arrest you it doesn't mean that they can't make your life a living hell. Take Ras Kass and Tupac for example... Ras Kass made rhymes about the government and the police... they locked his ass up on some bullshyt and still harass him every chance they get... Tupac was linked to the Black Panthers via his mom... you already know what the deal is with that.... even if he hadn't done a lot of the shyt he'd done he'd still be targeted off of the strength of who is mom was and what she stood for... cops hold grudges... at the same time... it depends on how much weight dude can hold with the popo... they might just laugh at the dude if he goes in there and plays a song talking about "Q was talking about me"... I'd laugh my ass off, personally.... then i'd go check it out just to make the lil baby feel better.
