Outkast is really the only south i've ever liked in its entirety as far as the sound, lyrics and like....talent.

Scarface is pretty dope too, he says some really deep stuff from time to time an sunshine to the rain is one of my favorite songs.

I like chamillionaire's voice, he's very melodic but his lyrics aren't that great.
