How long are the rules going to have to be in place before people notice them? Battles are decided on a binary, noted, poll system. Voters must be registered or mods/admins to vote.
That means 200+ votes. Newbies are encouraged to comment and call winners and losers, but they have no place in deciding the outcome of a battle.
