^^Yea man...people need to realize that blood and gore doesn't equate to "scary"...Suspense, dread, and the terror of reality = scary...
Stephen King is the master of that...
Hostel, Saw...and other franchises like it are horror movies...they gross you out...and that's cool...
But, they aren't scary.
THIS movie was scary.
I think the scariest part for me was when he was waving to the "guy" across the building in the other window and it was like a pantomime act. Come to find out, it was him...
