lmao only about 14 grand a year......

now figure that one out.....

my condo is 500 bucks a month..the payment on it......

so ill be charging 600-650 a month plus utilities....put the extra 100 to 150 down on the condo to pay it off....it should be paid off within a couple years....after its payed off all of the money goes in my pocket.......( and theres definitely a bunch of people wanting to rent it out from me....itll be easy to rent out...i could probably charge more than that but i wont....)


after everything is said and done with my house...its gonna be about 1200 a month...thats including all utilities....and insurance...everything.......

its 4 bedrooms....3 people are moving in with me....all paying 300 a month.....so that leaves me with a grand total of...*drum rolls please*.......$300 a month to own a house and a condo.....hooray for me......

and the question always comes up.."well what if 1 of your roommates moves out?"....and its a good question....BUT i have saved every dime from the time i was about 5 yrs old...i had a lawn care business that i started in middle school....worked with my step dad in construction since then too....soo i have THOUSANDS in my saving account that i never touch....and my checking account money goes towards my house payment..and whatever else i decide to spend it on....
