Did you ever download the Soft Pre for it?

if not, just google Samson Soft Pre and the first website that comes up will have it on there. Its a free download from Samson and it installs a driver on your computer for the microphone. You'll have to use it everytime you want to use your mic though which isn't that bad cause its like a little amplifier. You'll see when you use it
