The ps3's online is free. And the ONLY difference between the two is that xbox live is more organized. And with "Home" coming out for the ps3(home is also free) I would prefer the psn. But xboxlive still has one server though for all its games which is good and makes finding games easy to find. But then again, you can only use microsoft products for the 360, not like online is gonna be any different.
