He's basically saying people judge hip hop the whole song.

It was interesting at the start but went to shit by the end of the second verse by the cop..

The chorus got annoying because of the concept. So I don't see what's so "real" about this except he's talking "real" about hip hop. the end real is in quotations for a different purpose than the first real. So take note.
