First Verse, dedicated to the peeps who be strugglin'....

In this world, there's alot of pain and problems/
If you let them, they'll interfere with your brain and logic/
Everyone's got skeletons they want to stay in the closet/
But respect yourself ya'll, it's time to stay honest/
If someone or something has an iron grip on you, then bend it, keep at it/
Eventually you'll snap it/
Believe me, everyone gets stronger with practice/
Don't listen to no one, be strong and independant/
You were born for a reason, fulfull your destiny as God intended/
When you see happiness, you have to grab it/
and keep doing it until it becomes a habit/
Part of you/
The start of new/
Intentions, cause we can make changes if people start to pay attention/
They've offered evidence unrefutable/
That these convenience foods are very unsuitable/
For healthy living/
The wealthy giving/
No thought to the masses, people only want what's fastest/
Instant gratification, never mind that food is fuel/
People actin' bad lost sight of the fact that good is cool/
And get led astray/
It's sad that way/
Listen, don't be concerned with what they say/
Don't let no one change you or your ways/
Don't be staining your brain with liquor and cocaine/
Unable to express yourself and explain your pain/
The IS another way, you may not think it/
But there really is a link which/
When your at peace, good things are frequent/
When you give up and think wrong, things go delinquent/
You start to think shit thats bull/
And that's when you relinquish control/
It happens to many, and it destroys some/
A few make it through, I'm proud to say that I'm one/
You've got to change your ways, eat right, exercise, and get your rest too/
Your body is the mind's temple/
Physical well-being translates into mental/
There is stuff we want to change/
Stuff we don't want to look at/
But's it's time to wake up, start learning, where the books at?/
Free yourself from evil, and you'll never have to look back/
I read that in the Bible, and I took that/
To heart/
So put down the guns, and pick up the pens/
We had it once in Eden, things can be perfect again/
Put aside everything and remember, we just boys and girls/
And never forget, yours can be a force of good in this world!

Second Verse, dedicated to the haters....

This verse is dedicated to the haters that hated/
And in turn made it difficult to shine, so we became faded/
A shell of ourselves, filled with nervousness and bad vibes/
Bad times, inflicted on us by mad lies/
Told to us by people who resemble serpents that slither/
Don't lend an ear to the lies that they whisper/
They tear apart families, Brother VS Sister/
Mother VS Father/
That's how we end up with fatherless daughters/
Son's with no mothers/
Use your heart, don't listen to no other/
Source to guide your feelings/
We beatin' back the haters in order to start the healing/
