Well popping ya top off is referring to the drink Mistic, & knocking your head off your shoulders.
Pop ya can open is referring to the drink Mistic, and he's talking about the gayness of it.

I don't believe using a Can-Drink joke twice is recycling if used in different ways.

My reason for believing the above: Because you can use both of the bars he used in the same verse and not call it recycling.
