I won't consider that swaying. Basically explaining a short part of his line and saying that a "y" punch is the usual dropped on him. If it was swaying (judging your own battle)

Arguing with anyone about their vote basically = swaying. Especially if this particular person has the ability to edit their vote, and they do, you'll know you're a swayer but no one will ever find out until that guy you bitched at shows you swayed.
