But as for recording, insert the instrumental into track one, click the red R on the left of track two (this arms the track for record) then click the record button
(red circle -_-)
then rap.
Save session as (save it all into a new folder) make sure the instrumental is in the folder aswell.
the right click the folder and zip/compress it then email it to me.
