"your punch fucking sucks"

I'd warn him/her.

if he/she said

"your punch fucking sucks and anyone who votes for you is an idiot and sucks at rapping" I might edit their post and warn them.

If they did it twice in the same battle and it was extremely obvious they were trying to sway, I'd have no choice but to stop them in their tracks if the voting was affected.
